Each piece of jewelry is prepared individually and shipped within 7 business days from the order.

Orders are sent via registered airmail with a tracking code.

Estimated delivery times: Delays may occur due to mail services, drivers, or holidays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs duties or taxes required by their country.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned jewelry must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

A full credit will be issued, minus all shipping fees.

All custom and sale pieces are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns, or exchanges.
Refund Process:

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our fault.

Items returned more than 10 days after shipment may also qualify for partial refunds.
Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Warranty:

The warranty does not cover loss of precious stones such as Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, or Semi-Precious stones.
